WW - Jaeger LeCoultre, manual wind, 35mm x 43mm to lug tips, 17mm lug width, original 18K rose gold snap back case, brown teju lizard strap, original "tropical" silvered dial with applied rose indices, 15J cal 450/4c, gilt finish with Geneva stripes, s#651272. Includes a period coffin style presentation box. This particular caliber is the basis of Philippe Dufour's simplicity, which is regarded by most to be one of the best time only wristwatches ever produced. Gross weight of 18K yellow gold case without movement or crystal 8.8 dwt (13.7 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, no oxide; "tropical" dial with light surface spotting and staining as well as spotting along dial perimeter; excellent gold dauphine hands; lightly polished case shows very little wear, still retains some of its original factory finish, hallmarks still crisp and visible, no dents or dings; crown shows little wear; good plastic crystal. Box shows light wear most notably along edges.
